Vegan Sweet Potato Pie

Today, I'm sharing my cherished recipe for vegan sweet potato pie. This creamy, spiced delight captures the essence of cozy holiday gatherings, with a plant-based twist that everyone can enjoy. Whether you're a seasoned vegan or simply curious about delicious dairy-free desserts, this recipe is sure to become a seasonal favorite. 2 sweet potatoes

1/2 stick of vegan butter

1/2 sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup nondairy milk

1 egg replacement egg

1/4 cup self-rising flour

Pie Crust

Place two sweet potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil until four tender about 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°. Remove sweet potato from pot and remove skin. (you can place under cold water if it is too hot to touch) please sweet potatoes in a bowl, add vegan butter, sugar, nondairy milk, vegan egg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Use hand mixer to mix until smooth. Next add self rising flour and fold it into mixture. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. And enjoy.
