1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
½ a cup of vegan butter
½ teaspoon of cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
¼ a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
½ - 1 tablespoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
Shred or chop the entire head of cabbage. Push cabbage down into pot. Close the Instant Pot lid valve is sealed and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. When the cooking time is finished, allow a natural pressure release for at least 4 minutes. Open the Instant Pot lid, move the valve to ‘venting’ and manually release any remaining pressure. And enjoy.
If in regular deep skillet, melt butter before placing all ingredients in. Cover with lid and reduce heat to medium for a good simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Then, uncover and cook for 15 more minutes. Don’t let broth dry up. And enjoy.
