Vegan ravioli
Vegan pesto
Crispy Vegan Cheesy Cauliflower-
1 bunch/bag of cauliflower
2 tbsp avocado oil
3 tbsp almond flour, fine
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp paprika
Place cauliflower in a large bowl. Drizzle oil on all the cauliflower and rub it in. Make a mixture of almond flour, nutritional yeast, and sea salt. Place cauliflower in the mixture and toss. Place coated cauliflower on a baking sheet/ air-frying tray. Air fry at 400° for 15-20, or until crust is crispy. Let cool and sprinkle paprika on top. Then, enjoy.
