Vegan Cornbread

1 cup of cornmeal
1 cup of flour (self-rising)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg (vegan egg replacer)
1 cup of milk
Mix all the ingredients. Place in a 8x8 pan or loaf pan. Place in oven at 400° for 30 minutes. Then, add a little vegan butter to melt and enjoy.
