Vegan Berry Pancakes

These vegan berry pancakes are the perfect blend of sweet and satisfying, making them a delicious choice for a weekend brunch or a cozy weekday breakfast. Whether you're new to vegan cooking or just looking for a fresh, flavorful twist on a classic favorite, this recipe is sure to become a staple in your kitchen. Let's dive into the berry-filled goodness!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (are use gluten free)

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

3 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 1/2 cup almond milk (I blend with a berry of choice)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix try ingredients in a separate bowl from wedding ingredients and then combine together. Whisk and let better sit for five minutes. Heat skillet and scoop up better in 1/4 measuring cup. Place on skillet and flip after edges are dry (about 60 seconds). Repeat. Top with maple syrup or fruit. Enjoy.
