Untraditional Vegan Red Dahl

2 cups red lentils, cooked

1 can tomatoes, diced or crushed

2 tbsp curry spices

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup water

1/8 cup Bragg seasoning

Salt, to taste

1/2 lime juice

In a large pot, add tomatoes, shredded, coconut, and water. Place on medium heat and cook for a few minutes and stir occasionally. Then, add the curry spices and stir thoroughly. Add lentils, and stir thoroughly. Add Bragg seasoning, lime, juice, and salt. Cook for a couple more minutes then lower the heat to a simmer. Let the dahl simmer for about 15 minutes and stir occasionally. Then, let the dahl cool down. And enjoy.
