Hoisin Asian Style Seitan Sandwich

2 French baguettes
1 packet of seitan
3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon vegan mayo (add Sriracha, optional)
3 tablespoon kimchi (or pickled onion)
3 tablespoon fresh cilantro
Place Seitan in a skillet with a little oil. Crisp up in a few minutes, then add hoisin sauce and crisp up a little longer. Add to baguette, then add toppings of mayo, kimchi and cilantro. Then, enjoy!
