1 cup Soaked Brazil Nuts

1/4 - 1/2 of Lime Juice

1 tsp. Sea Salt

1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

1/4 tsp. Cayenne

3/4 cup Nondairy Milk

3/4 cup Water

Premade pizza crust

Pizza sauce

Your choice of toppings (tomatoes, kale, basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder)

After draining your Brazil nuts, place all the cheese ingredients in a blender, and blend together. Preheat oven to 400°. First layer on your pizza sauce on top of your premade crust. Then, add a layer of Brazil nut cheese. Next, add all of your toppings. Then, add another layer of Brazil nut cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (this will elevate the flavors). Place in the oven for 8 to 10 minute (or shorter, depending on your oven). Let it cool, and enjoy.
