Adobo Bean Salsa

1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 avocado, cubed

10 cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 1/2 cup sweet corn

1/8 cup pickled jalapeño slices

1/8 cup adobo spices

Salt to taste, optional

In a large bowl, place both sets of beans and stir in adobo seasoning. Next, add the tomatoes, avocado, corn, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, salt (if you want), and lime juice. Stir thoroughly with spatula and make sure everything is mixed evenly. Scoop out the salsa into a separate bowl. And enjoy.
