Vegan Cherry Almond Cake

1 1/4 cup spelt flour
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup natural almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen cherries
Slivered almonds (optional topping)
Set oven to 320°. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Place wet ingredients in a sauce pan and heat. Stir until completely mixed. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix. Once fully mixed, add frozen cherries. Please go in cake pan and add almonds for topping if desired. Baked for 43-45 minutes. Let cool before serving. And enjoy.
