Miso Ginger Dressing

This is one of the best dressings you’ll ever taste.

1.5 inches fresh ginger, peeled

2 cloves fresh garlic

1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (like tamari, Bragg’s liquid amino seasoning)

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp white miso paste

4 tbsp toasted sesame oil

2 tbsp avocado oil, or other neutral tasting healthy oil

4 tbsp water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Create a salad with any toppings of your choice. Dress it and enjoy.
